
L3gend Performance Training is a performance facility dedicated to helping athletes and individuals reach their full potential. We train athletes ages 10 and up — from middle school and high school players all the way through college and professional levels — plus adult personal training clients who want real results.
How We Train
Every client begins with a comprehensive 1.5-hour individual evaluation. From there, we design completely personalized training programs based on your specific needs, goals, sport, and current ability.
Training takes place in a semi-private setting, but every program is built and adjusted individually for you — never cookie-cutter group workouts. Programs are updated every 3–4 weeks depending on your consistency and training age.
