At L3GEND Performance Training, every athlete and client receives a completely individualized training program - never cookie-cutter or one-size-fits-all.
We assess your current level, goals, sport, and any injury history. This is a very detailed evaluation where we learn more about the individual and record metrics to track progress.
Your training plan is built specifically for you. Programs are changed every 3–4 weeks based on your progress, consistency, and training age.
You train in a focused small-group environment, but your program is designed individually. Our training programs are very detailed so you'll never have more than 3 in a group.
